INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 Juice

1 Cup of Frozen Cherries

1 Large Apple

1/2 container of Juice Mix Microgreens

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash your microgreens and dry (salad spinners work well)

Wash the apple thoroughly. Core the apple. Peel it first if you don’t like the skin, Cut into 4-to-8 slices.

Turn on your juicer.

Put your glass in place.

Put the apple in immediately. They start oxidizing (turning brown) fast.

Add the microgreens next, then the cherries pieces.

ENJOY - A great post work out drink, high in anti-inflammatory ingredients!
